Abstract:

Deux cas de Syndr'.:lme de Wilson-Mikity sont rapportes: le premier c:mcerne un premature chez qui les signes d'insuffisance re:,piratoire ont debutes tro;s semaines apres !a naissance. La radiographie a mis en evidenc Le deuxieme malade i:-ernit 2.EO::J kilos lors de son hospitalisati::>n a l'ag:c d qu·11,c jous. La radio­grap'.1ie pulmonaire mett en ev;dencde:, opaci­te rec!iculaires bilateraies.  Ces deux malades sont decedes: le prem'er a rag de trais mois et le deuxieme a J'age de 4 se­nnines.  A l'autopsie l'examen microscopique des pou­mo:1s mettait en ev:dence une fibrose intern1tielle pulmonaire marquee et des !esi::ms d'emphyeme c:,muensateur. Le deuxieme malade avait en plus u 1 large dcfc:::t inte:·-auriculaire.
